Alaska Cruise 2026
Join Me Onboard

Hi, I'm Michelle, a former teacher turned traveler. Now I help others achieve their bucket list travel dreams while continuing to explore this beautiful planet.

I'm extra excited about this trip because I lived in Alaska for a long time, but I've never experienced The Last Frontier from a cruise ship!

This is a low-pressure group, and a cruise is perfect for that.  Meet new friends & take a shore excursion together.  Enjoy some solo time gazing at glaciers.  Mix & mingle at dinner or try out the different restaurant options with other foodies.

I was accepted into a training course for travel advisors onboard this ship (how cool is that!).  I'll have a bit of training onboard, but will still have plenty of time to explore in port and meet up to gaze at glaciers & wildlife.

If Alaska has been calling your name, this could be the answer!

Alaska is a Bucket List Destination!
Join me onboard the Emerald Princess

7-night Inside Passage Cruise

  • Gaze at majestic glaciers
  • Explore gold rush history
  • Eat world-famous salmon & crab
  • Enjoy spectacular views from your balcony
  • Full day of scenic cruising in Endicott Arm and Dawes Glacier
  • Three ports of call - Juneau, Skagway, and Ketchikan
Itinerary

Day 1 | Vancouver, BC, Canada

Board the Emerald Princess & settle into your cabin.  Ship departure is 4:00pm (boarding is prior)

Day 2 | Day At Sea

Settle in as the Captain sails northward, bound for Alaska.  Get to know the ship, enjoy dining & entertainment options, relax in the Lotus Spa, and enjoy the atmosphere of comfortable elegance.  Be sure to check the guest speaker calendar for local Alaskan presenters (we will just miss my friend and Alaska photographer who is on the sailing just before this).

Day 3 | Juneau, Alaska

Alaska's state capitol city is a great place to see Mendenhall Glacier up close, take the tram for breathtaking views, kayak in the ocean or soar above it all in a helicopter.

Day 4 | Skagway, Alaska

This gold rush town was a major gateway to the Klondike gold fields in the Canadian Yukon.  Take the famous White Pass railroad, pan for gold, or ride a dog sled.  Skagway is also very walkable, you may even learn more about Soapy Smith, the legendary con artist.

Day 5 | Endicott Arm and Dawes Glacier (Scenic Cruising)

Sit back and relax while we slowly cruise through this narrow fjord.  Breathtaking Endicott Arm extends over 30 miles long, with nearly one-fifth of its area covered in ice.  At the head of the fjord, tidewater glaciers, such as the Dawes Glacier, regularly expel enormous chunks of ice into the waters below in a magnificent process known as calving.

Day 6 | Ketchikan, Alaska

With massive trees common to this temperate rainforest region of Alaska, Ketchikan is located on a large island with a rich fishing history and an intriguing Native heritage, which includes the world's oldest collection of totem poles at Totem Heritage Center.

Day 7 | Day At Sea

As we make our way southward, take in the remaining comforts, onboard speakers, and dining experiences available.  Be sure to share photos with other group members before we dis-embark tomorrow

Day 8 | Vancouver, BC, Canada

Port arrival at 7:30am.  If you're not ready for your vacation to end, be sure to ask about trip extensions.  Vancouver is one of the world’s most stunning cities, where scenic beauty meets vibrant city life. Nestled between the mountains and the sea, this dynamic destination offers a unique blend of cultures, flavors, and experiences.
