For new clients, I require a call or zoom after submitting the travel inquiry form.
The fun begins! Now it's my time to get to work matching your travel goals and preferences with the right experience and destination for you! I'll leverage my expertise on all seven continents and industry knowledge to curate two to three itinerary options.
This is often the part my clients appreciate the most! I cut through the noise and seemingly endless choices and bring you the top options from reputable travel companies. Time saved!
The excitement builds! We will review the proposed itineraries together on a zoom call. I'll listen to your feedback, answer any questions you have. You'll narrow the proposals down to your top choice. If needed, I'll make tweaks or revisions prior to finalizing the booking.
Many travel companies allow me to place a 24 - 74 hour courtesy hold on the itinerary you choose. This is a convenient way to lock in the pricing and availability while I get your booking details.
Ideally, you'll start picturing yourself there, living out your bucket list dreams.
Once we have finalized the itinerary that matches your travel goals, I'll handle the booking while you get excited!
1. I'll secure the booking with a deposit or full payment via a secure credit card authorization form.
2. Set up a payment plan, if applicable. Many travel companies offer interest-free payments so you pay off the trip before you even go (for bookings at least 4-6 months in advance).
3. Organize all the booking confirmations and details into one seamless client portal with an optional app.
Pop the bubbly! I will stay in contact with pre-trip information and to answer any additional questions that may arise. Before departure, I'll be sure you have the travel company's contact information for in-trip travel support and will also be here as backup.
If requested, we can set up a pre-departure zoom call 1-2 weeks in advance of travel to review your itinerary details documents you need.
